Terms, Privacy & NDA

All financial statements, operational data, documents, messages, and other information you share with Insight Consultancy (the "Consultant") are deemed Confidential Information and are protected under a binding mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement between you (the "Customer") and the Consultant, taking effect upon acceptance of these terms.

The Consultant, its analysts, employees, and authorized sub-processors agree not to disclose, sell, publish, or use Confidential Information for any purpose other than delivering the contracted advisory services. The NDA survives termination of the subscription for a period of five (5) years.

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
• Access is restricted to the assigned analyst, account admins of your company, and authorized Insight staff on a need-to-know basis.
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• Aggregated, fully de-identified benchmarks may be used internally to improve service quality.

• Automatic deletion on subscription end: When your subscription ends or is cancelled, all uploaded documents, dashboards, and analyst conversations are automatically and permanently deleted within thirty (30) days.
• Right to early deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time before that period by emailing privacy@insight-inv.com. We will action verified requests within seven (7) business days.
• Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling 35-day cycle.
• Records required by law (e.g. tax invoices) may be retained in archived form for the legally mandated period and remain protected by the NDA.

• The platform is provided "as-is" to support advisory engagements and does not constitute investment advice.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or share login credentials.
• Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice; pre-paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your service agreement.
